Priority is given to the use of natural materials and, where feasible, materials sourced from the project’s location, to achieve coherence between architecture and environment. Environmental parameters and landscape characteristics are
integral to the design process. The objective is for architecture to integrate precisely within its context, maintaining functional clarity
and structural coherence.
